Programa Eclipse

ENAER has just signed an agreement with the USA Aviation Eclipse Company specifically for the manufacture of the Eclipse airplane nose under the Very Light Jet (VLJ) Airplane category, thus becoming one of the participants of this project, together with other airframe manufacturers, such as Fuji Industries, Japan, Hampson, England, Compass Aerospace, Seattle, and Ducommun, California. Through this program, The company’s aeronautical products have been authorized to enter the American market and recognized by FAA. ENAER engineers have been trained by that agency and will shortly be qualified to be recognized as Organization Designated Airworthiness Representative (ODAR). With that recognition, ENAER shall issue the corresponding FAA Certificates stating that our products meet the manufacturing requirements of the USA aeronautical authority for this aircraft.

ENAER access to this selected group of airframe manufacturers for this airplane represents great prestige and a valuable opportunity for our Company to be further recognized on the American market. The Eclipse Company has aggressively emerged into the world as a manufacturer of high quality Aircraft, excellent performance and unparalleled price, being engaged in sales agreements for more than 2,000 Aircraft. These facts are expected to come through on the global marker by 2006, when this manufacturer shall obtain the Eclipse 500 Type Certificate and begin with the first deliveries. These achievements mean that ENAER was able to join the manufacturing of this airplane because it could deliver a high quality product, produced in great quantities and on a cost-effective basis, which shall further strengthen ENAER’S sales.
