| Communications,
Navigation, and Identification System |
The
airplane is fitted with an Audio system.
It consists of two KMA24H audio selecting
panels, located at the central instrument
panels in each cockpit.
Communications
Systems
The system is composed of two VHF, model
KX 165 equipment.
Navigation Systems
It is composed of two VOR (VHF NAV –
KX 165) equipment, located at the center
instrument panel in each cockpit. VOR
and LOC information is sent to their
respective HSI KI 525A Indicators, and
ADF indicators, while the GS information
is only sent to their respective HSI
indicators.
DME System,
it is composed of a KN 63 transmitter-receiver,
a KDI 572 master indicator, mounted
at the center instrument panel of the
front cockpit, and a KDI 573 slave indicator,
located at the center instrument panel
of the rear cockpit.
Marker Beacon
System, it is composed of a MB
KR 21 receiver, located in the center
instrument panel of the front cockpit,
and a KA 40 adapter, mounted in the
center instrument panel of the rear
cockpit.
LF/ADF System,
it is composed of a LF/ADF KR 87 receiver,
located in the center instrument panel
of the front cockpit. Bearing information
is sent to the ADF indicators in both
cabins.
Magnetic Compass. Each compass is located
over the sun visor of each cockpit.
GPS System,
Model Garmin 150, optional equipment.
Identification
System
Transponder System. It is composed of
the KT 76A transponder, mounted on the
center instrument panel of the front
cockpit. |
