Enaer counts an a production area in charge of planning, organizing, and managing the aircraft, subassembly, and component manufacturing activities, as well as modernizing aircraft, guaranteeing a high quality product and a timely delivery.

This business area counts on a staff of nearly 600 people, among highly qualified engineers and technicians who, focused on the concept of timeliness and quality, have allowed this business area to obtain important awards.

Among them, the following awards granted by Embraer can be mentioned:

• Zero fault reports in the production area of empennages for ERJ 135/145 Aircraft , in November and December 2001.
• Best Vendor of Airframes and Interiors, 2002.
• Best Supplier of Embraer out of the 354 supplying companies currently serving the Brazilian company (2002).

Enaer´s capabilities cover various engineering areas which, added to modern machinery, allow to manufacture Aircraft, parts and pieces. The workers as assigned to these areas incorporate quality and continuous improvement to all the production processes.

Among the most emblematic activities are: the manufacturing of Pillán and Eaglet Aircraft, and the building of the empennage for the ERJ-135, and ERJ-145 passenger Aircraft, which allow the Chilean technology to be present on highly demanded aircraft all over the world.
